The Public Library has relocated from its home of many years on New Cascade Road to the Bicentennial Complex on Taylors Road. Access to the Library is via the Rawson Hall car park.
The Library offers a great range of both fiction and non-fiction items including a children’s section and a Norfolk Island reference section. The reference section is updated whenever new material comes to hand; it contains copies of reports relating to Norfolk Island as well as historical information.
Reading material is purchased regularly to ensure that a range of up to date material is available; you can view our catalogue online at link https://norfolkisland.softlinkhosting.com.au/liberty/libraryHome.do
We are so very fortunate to receive donations from visitors to the island as well as many residents. The Norfolk Island Quota Club generously contribute to the large print section.
Residents and non-residents are most welcome to borrow from the Library, membership fees do apply.
